Capturing the funky, rich culture in vibrant Boyle Heights was key to communicating about this 34 unit build. Boyle Heights is prime for residential & business development and it is one of LAs most historic and vibrant neighborhoods. I usually have less is more approach when it comes to typography but this brochure let me use a mix of typefaces to embrace the diversity of the people and location.
