This Offering Memorandum required me to create a document design to work not only as print spreads but as single page view in pdf formats. In addition the clients wanted pages that could be pulled out and used as "one sheets" of key information. This was designed for clients: Koenig Properties / Agent and Verono Homes / Developers. The 11 luxury townhome style units are located in the heart of Hollywood, CA.
